5. Accounts & Subscriptions

Account Creation

Subscriptions

• Access may be revoked for non-payment or violation of these Terms

Refunds

• Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final

6. TradingView Integration

Quantum GradeA™ may integrate with third-party platforms such as TradingView.

You acknowledge that:

• TradingView is a separate entity
• Quantum GradeA™ does not control TradingView's services or availability
• Third-party outages, changes, or restrictions are not the responsibility of Quantum GradeA™

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, indicators, algorithms, designs, branding, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of Quantum GradeA™.

You may not:

• Copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute any part of the Services
• Share access credentials or licenses
• Use the Services for commercial resale without written permission

Violations may result in immediate termination and legal action.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to:

• Attempt to bypass licensing or access controls

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 30 days.
